Exchanges and Returns

Under applicable law, Prints Love allows for the exchange or return of ordered and received items within 15 days of receipt.

The customer must contact our team by email before proceeding with the return. Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt, along with proof of purchase.

Only products in good condition with complete packaging will be accepted.

All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities, and only those that meet the return conditions outlined above will be accepted for exchange or refund.

If the customer wishes to be reimbursed, please note that:

The refund will be made via bank transfer.
The shipping costs to our facilities are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will only be processed after a thorough verification of the returned products.
